Manage Teacher Accounts

Add a Teacher

Please note: Only school admins can add new teachers to the school's account.

  1. Click the green 'Add Teacher' button. 
  2. In the pop-up window, fill in their details. Compulsory information is: name, email and password.
  3. Click 'Save'.

Says "Teacher already exists" but can't see them in your account? It's likely they have already signed themselves up for a free account. Get in touch with the team on and we can help switch them over to your school's account.

Update an Existing Teacher's Account Information

  1. Click the blue icon next to the relevant teacher. 
  2. In the pop-up window, make the necessary changes.
  3. Click 'Save'.
