Frozen App

"My app has frozen and I am unable to click anything."

Firstly, ensure you have updated our app. 

If you are using the current app and it has still frozen, you will need to Force Quit the app:

iPad:

  • Press and hold down the power button, in the top right hand corner
  • Slide the red slider across
  • Restart your iPad

Android tablet: 

  • Open settings app
  • Choose apps 
  • Touch the Runnings tab to view active apps
  • Touch the Stop or Force Stop button
